Is No Media Vault actually unlimited?
Yes. With the Vault Pro plan, there is no cap on encrypted media storage. All your photos and videos are stored with end-to-end encryption.
What happens if I lose my master password?
For security, we cannot recover your master password. We recommend setting up Emergency Contact or Emergency Access in your account settings. You may also use your saved recovery key to restore access.
