The template built from your face or palm is generated on your phone and stored in the app's private storage, protected by the operating system and unreadable by any other app. It is never uploaded to us, never shared with anyone, and is not used to identify you — only to unlock the vault on that device. Delete the app and the template goes with it.

What happens if I forget my master password?
